Team Captain Checklist

  1. Register your team for the tournament - Register Here
  2. Book Lodging (suggestions: AirBnB or Hotel)
  3. Book Transportation (suggestions: rental car, Lyft or Uber)
  4. Submit your team color preferences for jerseys - this year's uniform design has 1 main color and 2 accent colors - more info on jerseys HERE
  5. Decide if you want your team logo on the shoulder of the jerseys - submit your team logo via vector file format (.ai or .eps). Team or Sponsor Logos are optional & $250/per team. The cool thing is these jerseys end up being worn all over for years to come, so it's great exposure for sponsors or teams. 
  6. Decide if you want matching team socks - these are optional. $20/pair. A lot of teams choose to get these as it completes the uniform and makes everyone look dapper.
  7. Submit your Team Roster Info - Download Here
  8. Have your players complete their Player Information Forms. Click HERE > Green Register Button > Select Player Information Form & complete checkout
  9. Tourney Game Schedule Release - we try to get the game schedule out at least 3 weeks prior to the tourney start so you can plan your trip.
